    Welcome Reception/Silent Auction

    There are plenty of festivities and fun filled activities to fill the night. Come and challenge your fellow skippers and crew in a duck race, prepare to bid on fabulous silent auction items and much more. Reception is open to the public, at no charge.

    Rappahannock Kayaking Tour

    June 23, 2001

    10:00 a.m.

    Come and tour Mill Creek off of the Rappahannock River by kayak. Fundraising opportunities with awards to be presented at the grand gala after the regatta. Event organized by Bay Trails and Outfitters, Jane and Shawn Towne. ($50.00/person, 1 & 2 people kayaks available.)

    Loading at Fishing Bay Yacht Club

    Spend the day cruising about the Chesapeake Bay, watching the exciting start of the race and moving about the race course. Lottery available, letting you participate in the race, with prizes given. Tickets now on sale to general public at $50.00 per person.

    Grand Gala and Awards Celebration

    5:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.

    Stingray Harbor Marina

    The Gala includes you, fellow participants, friends and business associates. Meet the 2001 regatta winners and event sponsors while enjoying fabulous food, drinks, music and dancing. Admittance to the celebration is free to all. Dinner tickets will be on sale throughout the weekend at a cost of $20.00/person. All fundraising boats receive with their entry fee, 2 free dinner tickets and 2 free beverage tickets.
