Leonards Creek Cruise

August 1-3: LEONARD CREEK CRUISE

Our extended weekend cruise will be to Vera's White Sands Beach Club on Leonard Creek, Lusby MD, which is past Solomons Island on the north side of the Patuxent River. This Caribbean themed resort features an excellent restaurant for our Saturday night dinner, new docks, live music for dancing and their signature white sand beach. A block of slips has been held for FBYC boats for Saturday, Aug 2. Each boat needs to make reservations by calling 410-586-1182. The cruise will depart FBYC at 1pm on Friday for an overnight anchorage behind Sandy Point - Reedville, VA.  If we get underway before 8am on Saturday, most boats should be at Vera's dock by 4pm.  Plan to meet at 6pm on shore for wine & beer which will be provided.  Dinner will be at 8pm at Vera's restaurant for anyone who would like to join the group. A timely departure on Sunday morning should get us to Deltaville before dark. Chaired by Ted and Myra Bennett.
