Byte

Jan Monnier 691-0509 12' planing hull, single handed, main only. A Byte is a very high performance dinghy sized for people that are between 90 and 165 pounds. This gives the folks that are too small to handle a Laser or Laser Radial competitively something to bomb around on. According to the sales literature, that is 95% of adult women, 100% of the early adolescents, and 40% of adult men! It's an up and coming thing!

Laser

Jon Deutsch 804-305-1244 13' 10" Olympic class planing hull, single handed (sometimes all you can handle), Main only. Sailed everywhere by young and the young at heart! We're again hosting the Chesapeake Bay laser Masters in September 10-11, 2005 for those 35 and up. Check out the fleet homepage at http://www.fbyc.net/Fleets/OneDesign/Laser
