Key Summer Regattas

Fishing Bay Yacht Club hosts two summer Regattas which are wonderful opportunities for summer racing at Fishing Bay.

  • Commonwealth of Virginia Junior Championship Regatta - June 23 and 24. The Championship is open to all juniors. Classes will include Opti Green; Opti Red, White and Blue; Laser Radials and 420s. There will be a Green Fleet clinic in conjunction with the regatta, and many on-shore activities and entertainment for the competitors and their families.
  • Annual One-Design Regatta - August 11 and 12. Classes will include Opti Green; Opti Red, White and Blue; Laser Radials and 420s, as well as adult one-design classes.
