If you wish to be able to access the Members' Only web pages, please fill out this application for a username and password. We will check the submitted information against the data in our Membership Records. After approval, we will assign your requested username and password and send it to you by e-mail. If you think you might already have a password - then fill in your email address at Forgot your Username and password and you'll get an immediate answer.

Application for FBYC E-Mail Alias

Would you like to have a FBYC alias e-mail address? When you are accepted our FBYC Mail Server will automatically begin to forward any e-mail that arrives at youraddress@fbyc.net . It will be automatically forwarded to the e-mail address you submitted 2 boxes higher on this page. If so, please enter below the desired alias address. We will issue any reasonable e-mail address as your personal e-mail alias. (We do reserve the right to reserve for the Club or others any e-mail address which is deemed to be useful for Club purposes.)

Application for "User Name" and "Password"

Each Member will need a "User Name" and "Password" in order to access the members only section of the web site. You may select any "User Name" and "Password" as long as it is not previously selected -- in which case the web site will tell you about the conflict!. Please note that both "User Name" and "Password" will be "case sensitive". We suggest using lower case - no spaces, but you can use whatever you can remember.

Changes will be available after your application

You will have the opportunity to see your profile at any time. Using your "User Name" and "Password" you will be able to submit changes to your personal information. These changes will be submitted to The Executive Secretary and she will update the records. In addition, you will be able to change your password, or your FBYC e-mail alias.
