Originally purchased new from the factory in Deer Park, MD, we have kept the boat under winter & summer cover since purchasing. The boat is in very good condition, having been used approximately two dozen times on the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. The new 4-HP Yamaha motor was flushed, fogged, and stored inside for the past two years.
The boat was named for my mother, may she rest in peace, but she’d be amenable to having the name changed.
The package we purchased was a customized Flying Scot “Family Package”.
The boat can be seen at Flag Harbor Marina, just outside St. Leonard, MD. Ask for John Little, the HarborMaster, to review and ask questions.

Hull smooth and stiff with no scratches below the waterline and very few above. (Hull has a blue stripe and the few scratches are in the blue area of the bow). There are two or three spots where the previous owner dinged and repaired the grab rails and also mounted a compass into the deck and then removed and repaired the four screw holes. Boat and mast can do not leak (mast can has never been repaired either). The boat has a brand new tiller and tiller extension. Upgraded rigging with new lines. Three sails (Standard rig only). A Seitech dolly. Newer top section (used in only two regattas). Also comes with a extra comfortable hiking pad. Great boat for any level of sailor. Please contact me with any questions or offers. |

I have '96 LASER 2 w/ a blue and white stiff/non leaky hull in excellent condition. The boat comes with a '97 Nautical America trailer which is also in great shape with new lights and tires. There is a single sail set of main,jib, and spinnaker(blue, yellow and white) along with a blue blade bag that contains all the rigging necessary for racing.
