CAPTAIN'S CHOICE CRUISE
Friday, May 19 - Sunday, May 21, 2017
This will be a classic Captain's Choice Cruise, with a nearby destination chosen late dependent on May wind and weather conditions. Weather permitting, we will look to anchor out rather than stay in a marina. The final destination and rendezvous time will be determined at a skippers meeting on Friday night.
Plan for a dinner at Fannies House on Friday night, starting with drinks at 5:30 pm. Beer and wine will be provided. Main course: Barbeque imported from Waverly, Va., and also a vegetarian main course Additionally, the hosts will provide: cole slaw, black bean salad, and dessert. Participants, please bring an appetizer.
Saturday night, plan for cocktails and dinner aboard Jabberwock, with dinghy pick-up service at the anchorage provided! The Grays and the Sirles will provide a main course, and participants are requested to provide your favorite "bring along" food item, and share your recipe! Saturday will be BYOB. Please email Ann Gray (email@example.com) or Louisa Sirles (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your planned food items, so they can fill in with items as necessary.
