WHO

Any Junior Sailor with an Optimist, Laser, Laser Radial or 420 may sail in this event. This is an excellent opportunity to exercise what you learned in Junior Week in a Regatta devoted to Juniors including those from other clubs.

The registration fee covers the cost of a light breakfast and cookout. On-line registration is available and encouraged-see www.fbyc.net. Special T-shirts may be available for purchase.

DESCRIPTION

This is a single day of racing with three to five or more races open to Juniors. There will be a separate course for Optimist. Lasers, Laser Radials and 420s will sail the same course. Optimists will be divided into Red, Blue, White, and Green fleets, as defined by USODA. There will be a separate course for the Green fleet. A modest registration fee will be charged.

CBYRA SANCTION

This regatta is sanctioned for 150% CBYRA High Point Awards in the Junior division for certain classes as shown in the CBYRA One Design Schedule.

SPECIAL NOTE

Volunteers with powerboats are always welcome to be on the water. Camping is available and we will have housing available through our cooperative program with Christchurch School.
