Lin Mccarthy on Monday September 22, 2008 01:56PM

Today is the First Day of Fall.   Fall means you should locate your socks..., but do not put them on yet!

To Fiddler's GreenDale Moser, a mainstay around southern Bay racing and especially on the Rappahannock River scene, passed last Tuesday, after battling an illness.  He is gone way too soon.    Those who knew Dale will miss him terribly; those who had not known him, have missed a truly gentle man.  "And in the night of death, hope sees a star, and listening love hears the rustle of a wing."
