The daddy, Chris Hall (of Bluewater Yachting Center, etc.), is well know and much awarded as a sailboat racer.  But, the son is moving in faster circles - Chris Hall, IV was just named the National Rookie of the Year by the American Power Boat Association (APBA) at a championships presentation banquet held in Dallas, Texas, a weekend ago. Think about it – he spends his time going over 100 miles per hour on the water and there’s no wind required.
