Presented in 1985 by former Commodore Allen B. Fine, this award, a navigator's chronometer, is to be awarded to the outstanding crewman of a Fishing Bay Yacht Club enrolled yacht. Any skipper who is a Club member may nominate anyone who has crewed on a FBYC boat during the Regular Racing Season by written petition to the FBYC Board of Trustees. A committee appointed by the Commodore will review the petitions. A selection shall be made and awarded at the annual awards party. The Board of Trustees may revoke this deed for any reason and may change the criteria for this award.
