CHESAPEAKE BAY SUMMER CRUISE
Starting Saturday, June 4-17, 2016

This cruise will capitalize on some of the many delightful venues in the Chesapeake Bay in early summer, when the weather and water are warming and achorages are relatively uncrowded. The itinerary has been organized to accomodate boats of all sizes. Sailors are welcome to join this cruise at any time; starting on June 3 is not necessary to take advantage of this Bay adventure. Additionally, those cruisers on the Arts in the Middle cruise should plan to join the Bay cruise on Sunday as an alternative to sailing back to Deltaville.

4 June:  Deltaville to Reidville, dinner ashore (24 NM)
5 June: Reedville to Crisfield, MD (28 NM)
6 June:  Crisfield to Solomons Island (38 NM)
7 June:  Enjoy Solomons Island (0 NM)
8 June: Solomons to Oxford, MD (38 NM)
9 June:  Enjoy Oxford (0 NM)
10 June: Oxford to Wye River - Shaw Bay anchorage (38 NM)
11 June: Enjoy Wye River (may do an excursion on one boat of the refuge) (0 NM)
12 June: Wye River to South Herring Bay (21 NM)
13 June: South Herring Bay to Solomons (38 NM)
14 June: Enjoy Solomons (0 NM)
15 June: Solomons to Horn Harbor (38 NM)
16 June:  Enjoy Horn Harbor, possible wine tour (0 NM)
17 June: Horn Harbor to FBYC (26 NM)
