The Social
Each boat is asked to bring an appetizer to share, and one “entry fee” noted above for the contest
within the contest. Also, if you can bring a table or a tent, that would be great. The club will provide food to supplement the appetizer table, water bottles, tasting cups, voting cups, paper towels, and trash cans.
As votes for the most inspiring brown bagged scotch are being tallied, adjusted cruising elapsed
times will be determined, and the Wee Dram burgee awarded to the boat with the lowest adjusted time. The winner of the scotch tasting will receive a prized whisky. There is no obligation for the winner to host next year.
