87th Annual One Design Regatta, July 18-19, 2026

DESCRIPTION: The 87th Annual One Design Regatta, hosted by Fishing Bay Yacht Club, will consist of two days of racing, fun and camaraderie.  There may be multiple courses for eligible one-design classes.  A Portsmouth Yardstick handicapped class will be offered for boats who do not have enough boats for a one-design class. 

REGISTRATION: Advance registration is expected by all participants on Regatta Network: (registration will be available March 2026)

NOTICE OF RACE (Available May 2026)

EXPECTED CLASSES: Flying Scot, ILCA (6 & 7), Melges 15, Hampton One Design, Isotope, Weta, Albacore, Optimist (Red, Blue, White and Green fleets), 420 & Portsmouth Handicap.

REGISTRATION CLOSES: July-17, Friday night 2100 (registration will be available March 2026)

REGISTERED COMPETITOR CHECK IN: July-17, Friday night 1700-1900 and July 18, Saturday 0800-0900

AWARDS:  Awards will be presented Sunday afternoon as soon after racing as possible. The John R. Hawksworth Trophy will be presented to the overall winner.
