The 2026 Spring Clean Up is Saturday March 21!   Let's Kick Winter Out of Here!

A new sailing season is getting closer, and so it’s time to open things up, dust them off, and make the property look awesome for the new year. Clean Up will be on Saturday, March 21st. We will meet at the main clubhouse at 9:00 am, and we should be wrapping up at about 1 pm.

Specific tasks will be determined as we get closer to March 21st based on needs and weather. If the weather cooperates, we should have both indoor and outdoor work. Please bring work gloves, any yard tools (such as wheelbarrows, pitch forks, rakes, shovels, and trimmers), wear comfortable shoes, and come hang out with friends and make the Club and our Adult Sailing boats gorgeous and ready for the season!

Lunch and Drinks will be provided---just let us know you are coming for proper provisioning.  If you have any questions about the cleanup, please contact Allen Mason at Allen.Mason@virginiahousing.com or Wade Thomas at rnnoft@yahoo.com

Please take a moment to mark your calendar and let the organizers know your ability to help:

After lunch, follow your friends to the Deltaville Sock Burn and Oyster Roast in the afternoon at Evolution Sails in Deltaville. Please sign up directly with Evolution Sails if you plan to attend. This allows Jerry and his team to have enough food and drinks on hand.
