FBYC Summer One-Day Laser Regatta This Sunday

The Laser Fleet at Fishing Bay welcomes you to come join us this Sunday, July 27th, for our club one-day Summer race. The weather looks perfect for a Summer day of Laser Sailing - 90 and mostly sunny, wind from the SW at 8-10. Water temps are a pleasant 76 degrees and the nettles are few, so it should be an ideal day to be on the water. We will have a mix of skilled and veteran sailors out there, so no matter what your skill level, we look forward to seeing you there. Of course, the pool is open, if you want to bring the family. We also have plenty of other kid-friendly entertainment options. And we can set up babysitting services, if that is the key to getting you on the water on Sunday.

Registration starts at 9, Skipper's meeting is at 10, 1st gun at 11:00. After racing, there is a social and trophy presentation. Please do register online, so we can get the right number of cold beverages for everyone.
And for any seasoned Laser sailor not excited about packing a boat up to come that distance, my son's Laser is available for the day, as well as other club boats, if that is taken.
Lastly, if you can not make this weekend, come out for the Fishing Bay Annual Regatta the second weekend in August, August 9 and 10.
