REGISTER FOR SATURDAY'S OYSTER ROAST

This is the final call for registration and head count for the Oyster Roast this coming Saturay (10/29). Please go to the Fishing Bay website to register by the end of the day Thursday (10/27). So far the weather looks PERFECT! We will be offering oysters of all kinds--roasted, steamed, raw and specially baked by our very own Julie Ann Wash! For those who are not oyster eaters, we will also be serving hotdogs and of course all of the delicious dishes brought by our party-goers.
Please contact Geoff and Allene Cahill at gcahill1949@gmail.com to let us know which side dish or dessert you plan to bring. We are also looking for volunteers to provide the following help:
1) Two or three people to help with set up in the kitchen.
2) Two to four people to assist in kitchen through out the event with clean up as we go along
3) Four people at registration desk. (Two people for 30 minute shifts)
4) Six to eight people to assist at bar (45 minute shifts: plan is to serve beer from keg, wine and soft drinks at Ric's place next to the pool. Bar will basically be self-serve but want some drinks to be "prepoured" to prevent lines and bottleneck at the begninng of the event.
5) Four to six people to assist with clean up.
6) Three people to help cook hotdogs.
